With more than 30 years in the private sector, I’ve worked alongside leaders and teams across many stages of growth and change. I bring calm, clear leadership that steadies situations, cuts through noise and helps people make confident decisions.

I bring deep experience across employment relations, health and safety, legislative compliance and governance. I translate policy into practical action so organisations stay safe, aligned and confident in how they operate.

I understand what motivates people and am quick to see the tensions or barriers that hold teams back. My background in team dynamics means I help people operate at their best, navigate complex issues and lift both performance and culture through grounded, everyday practices that stick.
