Rebuilding trust
An SME had been acquired by a large corporate, but 18 months in, trust had broken down. Teams were siloed, communication had soured, and blame was getting in the way of progress.

An XIR was needed to help reset the relationship. Through a series of facilitated conversations, we surfaced tensions, rebuilt connection, and agreed on shared values and behaviours. We supported leaders on both sides to embed those shifts in the way they worked together.

We led a 10-week sprint to unpack the issues, clarify purpose and priorities, and co-create a clear action plan. We worked across levels, engaging both frontline teams and GMs from multiple organisations in the sector to create alignment and momentum.
