Rebuilding trust
An SME had been acquired by a large corporate, but 18 months in, trust had broken down. Teams were siloed, communication had soured, and blame was getting in the way of progress.
I was brought in to help reset the relationship. Through a series of facilitated conversations, we surfaced tensions, rebuilt connection, and agreed on shared values and behaviours. I supported leaders on both sides to embed those shifts in the way they worked together.
Clarity and alignment
After a major review, the leadership team needed help making sense of the findings and moving forward with focus.
I led a 10-week sprint to unpack the issues, clarify purpose and priorities, and co-create a clear action plan. I worked across levels, engaging both frontline teams and GMs from multiple organisations in the sector to create alignment and momentum.
Freeing the founders
As a fast-scaling geothermal tech company grew, the demands on its founders increased. They needed space to focus on what mattered most: their people, their purpose and the next phase of growth.
I partnered with the team to reset structure, clarify direction and capture what mattered most. Together, we created a values manifesto and realigned roles as the business evolved. This remains a high-trust partnership. I am brought in when the team needs fresh energy, focused thinking or space to regroup.
