Donelley Sawmillers is an intergenerational family business based in Reporoa. They were ready to modernise their brand and website, but the work needed to reflect more than just what they do. It had to tell the story of who they are, what they stand for and where they are heading, with people and values at the centre.
As an Expert in Residence, I partnered with the team to guide and shape the work from within. We began by defining their story, clarifying values, voice and the messages that mattered most. From there, we refreshed the brand, rebuilt the website and created content that reflected both their legacy and their ambition.
A key focus was showcasing the strength of their intergenerational workforce. We highlighted the people who bring pride, consistency and deep industry knowledge to the business every day. The process was collaborative and hands-on, built through honest conversations, shared mahi and a clear sense of purpose.
This was a values-led partnership. I helped bring clarity, cohesion and confidence to a brand grounded in trust, family and long-standing contribution.
