Dispute Buddy is an early-stage company with big ambition and a strong sense of purpose. As the business prepared for growth, the team needed clarity around who they were, what they stood for and how they wanted to work together.

I was brought in as an Expert in Residence to support the business through this important stage. We ran a series of practical, founder-led workshops to define purpose, clarify values and shape the way the team communicates and collaborates.

The work included:

• Defining core values and purpose that reflected both intent and identity

• Designing meeting rhythms and communication habits to support fast, focused decision-making

• Building the foundations of a culture that can grow without losing its core
