Upflow - Free the Founders

Upflow is a smart, fast-moving business delivering intelligent solutions to the global geothermal industry. As the company scaled, the demands on its founders increased. They needed space to focus on their people, their purpose and the next phase of growth.

I was brought in as an Expert in Residence through a series of ‘Free the Founders’ projects. Each was designed to reduce pressure, create clarity and support growth while staying true to the business's values.

The work has covered people and culture, values and purpose, business development and internal structure. Together, we created the Upflow Manifesto, a foundation for global growth and team alignment. As the team evolved, I continued to support role clarity and system design.
